Free delivery in Northwest Arkansas

We offer free delivery in Northwest Arkansas on most weekdays. Jim Isbell, who owns and operates our farm, will work with you to schedule a convenient day and time and deliver your grass-fed beef right to your doorstep.

Free shipping in the “lower 48”

If you’re located in the continental United States, we offer free, one-to-three day shipping via Federal Express. We generally ship orders every Tuesday afternoon, but we can be flexible if you need beef by a particular date.

How do you keep the beef cold?

Our beef is flash frozen and stored at -10 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain freshness. Depending on the size of your shipment and estimated time in transit, we will pack it with between 5 and 15 pounds of dry ice. Dry ice is carbon dioxide frozen at -109 degrees Fahrenheit. Brrr, that’s cold!

With up to three days of transit time, your meat should arrive at a temperature well below 40°F. It may be hard or slightly soft to the touch.

How can I handle dry ice safely?

The dry ice in your package will come wrapped in a loosely closed plastic bag. When your shipment arrives, we recommend using gloves or a towel to remove the bag and place it somewhere safe from pets and children to sublimate.

When handling dry ice, basic common sense applies. Don’t eat it or put it in your drink. Don’t rinse it down the drain or flush it down the toilet. Don’t touch it with bare hands. And let it dissipate in a well ventilated room or, best of all, outside.

How can I recycle the packaging?

We know you’d rather pay for high-quality beef than packaging, so we’ve kept our packaging both minimalist and environmentally friendly. It consists of: a cardboard box, a biodegradable cooler made of green cell foam, recycled newsprint padding, and a plastic bag filled with dry ice.

The cardboard, paper, and plastic bag can be recycled normally according to your local rules. And the cooler can actually be rinsed down your drain. We’re serious! Here’s a video that explains how:
